      I thought aramex was the worst but Buffalo is the worst horrible service ever its been weeks waiting for my order I paid the customs but it takes days for it to update the shipping

      Zero zero zero star I bought an outfit from Shein on the 10th of November and Buffalo hasn't delivered. I should be wearing the outfit tomorrow on the 2nd of December! Today is the third day since its been saying "Out on delivery"

      I usually get my orders on day 11 or 12. Today I received my order on day 14 just a few days B4 the estimated day. Can you improve on the tracking system to update on time.

      Terrible service just horrible, ordered on the 2nd of November paid tax on the 6th today its the 1st of December and my parcel hasn't moved its still saying it's in China, and no communication or response to messages . And my other parcel been saying it's on their warehouse since, where is that warehouse even, it's like you can just go and collect your parcel there since you paid for it and also paid for the shipment
