      It's really frustrating that they don't give any updates whatsoever. Literally have been waiting almost a month and they haven't bothered to let us know about anything regarding my order. Do better

      I also had a bad experience, but I called them on (010) 593-4710 and they assisted me. You just need to be patient when making the call and have enough airtime because you will stand in the line for the next available agent which can take up to 10 minutes. They never answer WhatsApp or emails, calling is the best option. My package was supposed to arrive on the 25th of November, but it arrived on the 28th and it was not their fault it was the guy who works at Fastway who caused the delay

      I think we guys need to take a step ahead. This is bullshit commenting here. I see no use of this because no response no parcel moving. We just wasting our time insulting them.a big company with poor service nxaa.
