      Made an error on my previous comment, my order status hasn’t moved since the 24th!!! I have no idea why Shein partners up with you. 2nd time my order is sent through you and frustration on both occasions! You’re all shit and don’t deserve business and neither the one star I gave you!!!

      extremely poor service. I am livid, I cannot believe this. I've never seen such disgusting service. The delivery guy was very rude, can't follow simple instruction. They ended up taking my parcel back to the warehouse and didn't even care to let me know.

      I'm so angry and disappointed. I paid for my parcel on the 3rd November 2022. They keep on sending me message that I didn't pay, then I went to Buffalo logistic in Kempton Park but they said my parcel is in logistic pretoria since I'm from Pretoria. Even today I still receive the messages that I must pay. What is the address of Pretoria Logistics I want to collect my order finish and klaar

      The service is so poor. Estimated date of my delivery was between 22-24th November,today is the 30th and I still haven’t received my order, when I call there’s no answer, when I track my order it always says scanned and scheduled for delivery the next day.This is the same update that I have been getting daily from the 25th November.You really need some improvement
