      Thanks so much Buffalo, your service was Great. The time my order left Shein - every day or two there was an update on my tracking button. I got a call and email as soon as the import tax was due, I received an sms to say it was dispatched and to top it all off your delivery man was friendly, super happy attitude, called me at the gate and wished me a fabulous day. Order arrived 1 week earlier than expected in great condition. Much appreciated.

      my parcel has been in transit since 24 November till Today ,I tried calling but no one is answering..this is Soo humiliating.

      This logistics company is a joke. Such unsatisfactory customer services. My calls go unanswered and theres no communication with regards to how far my package is and the status of the package. Their service is so mediocre for such a big logistics company. You guys honestly need to do better because this is absolutely shit !

      It's says here it only take 4days to deliver after you paid your tax I paid last weak Friday but till today it's wesday but nothing yet pls tell me what's going on here BUFZA4110652504YQ

      From the 26th of November,my parcel never moved,it has been at Buffalo warehouse. I am unhappy and there is no response on the whatsapps. Please urge the despatch.

      Guys but this is really unacceptable,why do you take so much orders if you won't deliver on time. I was told I would receive my parcel on the 27th of November that's 2 weeks after I ordered. Still nothing, please check my package for me: BUFZA4110301911YQ
