The worst courier company I've ever used I don't think I will ever use it again they will not even bother to attend if you have a problem with their courier. Their driver decided to return my parcel without contacting me

bad bad bad service. parcel received at your warehouse on 02/11/22 but still not transferred for delivery. what must i do to receive my parcel?????????????? cannot even rate you with a negative 6 stars....
