    Been waiting for my parcel for 16 days now. U don't answer phone calls or watsapp. Buffalo is the worst shwem.

    Their estimated date was 20 and 21 of November and now it’s 22 I didn’t get any notification from them

    I am quite impressed with Buffalo they provide me with proper tracking and they call me before coming and they even comes on a Sunday sometimes they arrive a day or 2 earlier then the Est time They deserve the stars

    What buffalo did to is so cruel is it possible to deliver a parcel without calling me, and now they're claiming that my parcel has been delivered, I should check next door and ship, I want my parcel, after spending that lot of money and customs duty now you claiming that you've delivered, this is so unprofessional

    Delayed parcel cleared on 15 November at Jhb yet not delivered the service recently is pathetic nobody cares no update on tracking for days.

    Am not happy these past few months. Delays are too much, parcels being returned to warehouse due to wrong pin. So many stories about this Buffalo

    My order was returned to warehouse on Friday because some idiot decided to ryt the rong postal code,so the driver took it back to say m furious is an understatement,m boiling with anger,but again the is nothing I can do helpless
