The worst service ever you call the dispatch department and act as if they cannot hear you and drop the call. Parcel was supposed to be delivered , however the drive always has an issues . Does the drivers not have mobiles to contact the customer ?? This service ridiculous honestly the poorest service ever for a courier company.
What a disappointing service provider. My order arrived on the 3rd of November and I have been waiting ever since. The delivery guy is very rude and unapologetic. He told me that he won’t deliver my order since he doesn’t work for me either for buffalo. I have paid R114 to get my order but still didn’t receive it and the is no communication from Buffalo, they are not responding to their emails nor their WhatsApp messages. I hope my order that I placed just yesterday is not delivered by buffalo because this, I cannot stand. 27 63 399 7357 This is the number of the rude guy who was supposed to deliver my order.
