      My parcel was dispatched on the 15th, Driver MAHLATSE GODFREY MAEBELA- called in the morning saying he is on the way, in the afternoon when I call to ask how far he is, he says he is returning the parcel back to the warehouse because the parcel is out of his radius. I mean how pathetic. I am really disappointed in your service

      I order on 06 and pay tax on the 07 but still I haven't received my order

      I ordered on the 7th of November and I just received my parcel now on the 17th, took 10 days to deliver. If you want your items to arrive before the due date make sure you pay taxes early.

      There customer support is ridiculous. they seem to pick up my parcels 3 times a month and ive used them all year. everytime the same problem. no updates, long waiting on the phone, long time to deliver. they are honestly the worse courier company out there.

      I have ordered in October, i was supposed to receive my order between the 12-14 of November and it was returned back because of customs clearance issues and i should wait for 18-20 days. Next thing i know i was told to pay R505.66 and i paid. When i am going to receive my order huh?

      This buffalo service is so POOR that it ain't funny anymore!! Shein will loose customers because of them!!! Am in Pretoria and my order been stuck on “Transit to Buffalo [Pretoria DC]” since the 14th!!! No movement of update on their track system. Am so pissed off!

      Parcel has been stuck on “airport warehouse received” since Monday.I have called.WhatsApped.Emailed.To no avail.They do not pick up calls nor reply msgs.This is ludicrous!

      The service is really bad, been tracking my parcel and its on the same place for the past 3 days I ordered well in advance because i need my parcels on a particular time, clearly i wont get my parcels on time
