buffalo is the crappiest courier service ever, you try to reach them and you can’t, they have a whatsapl service but never answer messages, they don’t answer emails and don’t answer their customer service line. 0/10 overall. i’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my package and it’s still in south africa transit. DO BETTER.

This is my first time having a problem with Buffalo. I thought that all the negative comments were just lies, but im experiencing it now. No updates at all and no replies, I mean who does that. This is insane. I wish shein could make us chose the logistics company of our choice. I'm bursting right now, feel like slapping everyone who works at Buffalo
