      I'm just so disappointed Buffalo please do something please orders out on delivery for 5days no fix this please we still trust you also update our statuses

      It's the second time using Buffalo I have no complain at all , first time my package was delivered a day before estimated date and today my second parcel got delivered a week before estimated day I placed my order on the first of November and received it on the 14th I'm soóo happy , they're improving their customer service keep it up I used to get worried especially when it took 3 days no update and seeing other people's reviews complaining but I was positive that u won't disappoint and for real u didn't ..thank you Soo much

      I have never had an issue with Buffalo logistics till now.my parcel was delivered from China to SA in 2 days.it took another 2 days from jhb to dbn.and since the 10th of November it's been sitting at the durban warehouse.and says dispatching.like for real....it was quicker from China to SA and now it gets stuck in durban.buffalo logistics dbn warehouse wake up.....ur service is pathetic. Even after urging dispatch this is what we get.....if we had a choice I will never use Buffalo logistics again.its just a pity shein orders use this courier.......

      My status has been stuck since I paid tax

      My order has not moved for the past 5 days and I've paid tax way more before that am so dissapointed

      I received my delivery on Sunday. Around 12. Thank you Buffalo. My delivery was a day earlier than the estimated time

      I still haven’t received my SHIEN order till now, it now says my order has been dispatched.
