      Terrible customer service!!! Phoned multiple times this week and call was not answered. My parcel has been at the airport warehouse for over a week!!! Very disappointing service from them!!

      My people made me pay tax for a parcel that has not left China YET!!Ever since i paid the tax my parcel has not moved for 4 Days.Its still on Flight in transit!How do you make me pay tax for a parcel that has not even ARRIVED in South Africa?is that a new procedure?was i scammed?

      Buffalo disappointed me this time,I am so mad at them my parcel took close to a week without being updated,even now it's still at their warehouse, this is the worst service ever!!!..I just hope shein will choose a different logistics company next time.Im so disgusted by their service. SIES!!!

      Buffalo logistics doesnt deliver on weekend and holidays , so if your order was said to come on a weekend expect it the next working day

      My status has been "out on delivery" since the 9th, 3 full days. And the fact that The Bethlehem branch is literally 45 minutes from where I'm based is what drives me nuts.! Buffalo's incompetency is just...WOW!

      @Lunga. I got the same message that my parcel will be delivered within 48 hours but I’ve been waiting all morning I really doubt. They’ll probably commence the deliveries Monday.

      Only 2nd time using Buffalo and what started with an INCREDIBLE first impression has left me feeling deflated. Package has been in transit from Kempton Park to Pretoria from the 8th to the 12th. No update. No communication - no email nothing. Missed the estimated delivery date and now I can't even call to get more information because they do not take calls on the weekend

      My order has been on clearance finished since the 8th, status has been stuck there even now I have not even received anything, what could be the problem?
