      I always receive my orders earlier than estimated delivery date. Thanks to Buffalo it's so reliable.

      My order has been in transit for 3 days and I don't understand why. It usually takes a day to arrive in South Africa after paying tax.

      Order was dispatched on 09/11/22 at 07:32 then returned to warehouse at 08:02. So it takes 30 minutes to drive out to kew and come back to Kempton park?

      Buffalo IS FANTASTIC!! If you moaners would listen to your news, you would know that it was our MINISTER that halted the SHEIN orders!! Nothing wrong with Buffalo. I prefer them waaaaaay more than Door2Door.

      In Most cases Buffalo hands over our orders to a third party courier company - meaning couriers that deliver locally. I got mine to day from Fastway, last month it was The Courier Guy. I wish on the tracking information they can just make mention as in to whom they handing over our parcel so we can contact that company instead of Buffalo

      Terrible Service !!! / ? stolen order Was contacted on Saturday morning (5/11/22) and promised my order will be delivered by 10am. Received an email on Sunday 23H15 (06/11/22) order has been delivered and too date have not received my order. Tried contacting Buffalo, the delivery guy that called, sent emails, watsapp messages and got no response Hopefully Shein changes their couriers

      What useless people. Order was supposed to be delivered today and they returned it back to the warehouse because we must dream that they are delivering it as nobody called to confirm what time it was to be delivered or if they have arrived. Very Incompetent.

      I’m no longer ordering at shein haiii …the first order I made was successful and it came back within 7 days …but this time it’s another story buffalo is taking time to deliver even the estimated date have passed

      I see I'm not the only one whos order is being returned. I tried every number that is connected to Buffalo, I've written emails and even tried whatsapp and no one is responding. I seriously don't know what to do. This is poor service shame. The email I got says I should contact my local carrier yet they didn't even leave a number.

      Got my order today…Estimated time was next but problem they dnt call or sms upon delivery…..Why?
