      I don't understand how my package has been returned due to insufficient phone number,address and that there was no one at home ....whereas any communications was not made with me.

      What a disappointment, when tracked my CPT order only to find out that been lying in DBN warehouse. Just saw now it was dispatched from DBN on 1Nov. This courier is unreliable period.

      Highly disappointed this time around my parcel have been transferred to Pep Paxi far from where I stay without my consent like really... Buffalo logistics no longer do door to door or is it mé who's been played..

      I don't understand why it say delivery was attempted and couldn't be successful because of unclear address, phone number or there was no one at home while all my details are clear and my delivery address is the hospital I'm working and the hospital opens 24 hours there is no way. Been ordering from Shein with the same details and this is my 1st time experiencing this. Please assist with a number i should call to fix this.

      Phone number doesn't exist for Durban, phoned the Joburg branch they couldn't fix the problem, still haven't got my parcel

      I must admit that some of ghe reviews had me really worried. My parcel was delivered a week earlier. I was able to get assistance when i called for arrangements because I wasn't around when the parcel was to be delivered. The third party could maybe try and send an sms on the morning of yhe delivery because the tracking site delays with updates

      This logistic is pissing me off and if SheIn carry on using this logistic I will never buy there or order there again. The service of this logistic is very poor and I never thought it was going to be like this because its my first time and I will never again.
