    Very very bad, I have placed my order in 26 October and I still haven't recieve my parcel and they do not even updating me. I want my order and I am running of of petiency now because it's been a while. I this is a thing of buffalo is a scam now.

    Very very bad I placed my order on the 23 October and I have not receive my order and they are telling me that I have not paid custom duties while i did pay and I must send them proof of payment. How can my order be in in transit clearance finished if I haven't pay.

    Same here my sister they do not know whats happening with my parcel. There must be way to expose them.

    My first experience wasn't great with Buffalo because I had to wait for a month, the order was detained I think by customs South Africa but I placed another order again. Currently I'm waiting on my 5th order and I'm still going strong.

    The service with Buffalo is extremely poor and the agents are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Buffalo has lost my order and provide no constructive feedback on a resolution for the last month and when I call for an update or refund, its as if I am inconveniencing their life by wanting my order to be found. Definitely would not recommend! I would give zero stars if i could!
