    Their service is so poor I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I didn’t get my package,they said they couldn’t get hold of me,Yhoo I’m so disappointed They never tried phoning me.

    Their service is horrible and disgusting, they dnt attent to customer complains or enquiries, i shoud pay them a visit at their offices.. this is nonsense and bull....

    I did not rate 5 stars it’s a mistake There is no rate for buffalo from me I wish I could get my shipping straight from Shein and not through buffalo

    I’m going to involve my lawyer now, two months that I don’t receive my parcel and I used more than R500 calling Buffalo, they claim I did not pay tax and call send emails n msgs every day thou I’m sending proof of payment every day.
