    Excellent service. I received my order 10 days in advance. And Pozwa one of your Drivers was so professional, he whatsapp , SMS and called me just to advise me on my delivery. He left my stuff with the receptionist as instructed. The package was not damaged and in a neat condition.

    buffalo is disgusting received anu sms that my parcel has been dispatched will be delivered with in 48hrs this morning my parcel has been returned to the warehouse but the driver never even tried to phone me and why do they even phone when there is delivery address ...tried to phne the consultant yoo they are rude ...Shein must just change other they are going to loose customers because of Buffalo...there service suck

    O hate this courier i wasted my air time for wat they return my order for wat they only know they didn't even try to call me when delivering nou i call them they don't answer i waited for my time when i was supposed to speak with the consultant they dropped my call
