      I am waiting on my parcels this tracking system hasn't been updated for 2 days now Where is my parcel I paid for it why isn't it updating this is my first time using shein and this delivery service this is not a great experience. Please update your systems.

      When I received the sms tgat my parcel has been dispatched I was impressed because my delivery date was 22 - 23 October BUT now my parcel has been out for delivery for 4 days now, still haven't arrived. The status hasn't updated for 2 days now and no communication from the courier. This is just ridiculous, Shein should give us the option of collecting at the couriers office.

      Received my parcel at 8pm. Driver blames it on me for not picking up when he called. I never got a notification to expect a delivery today, and I called him back within an hour when I saw the missed call.
