      I was suppose to receive my package yesterday the 14 of October, it didn't arrive. I am so disappointed.

      Got a “ received and signed” message but I didn’t receive my parcel. I was never called , nothing ! WHERE IS MY PARCEL? I can’t even get hold of you on the phone !. Is this how you guys work ?

      How do I get a “parcel received and signed” message when I never received my parcel , they didn’t even call . Being pissed is an understatement I can’t get hold of buffalo

      So pissed off right now, no communication nothing. They sent a message saying they will deliver latest today. And the estimation date for my delivery was the 14th

      I'm pissed of with Buffalo they gave me an estimated date for 14 to 16 Oct now they sending me an sms that my order is send to Paxi which is estimating the delivery for the 24th

      I'm loving Buffalo, they are very efficient and fast. My orders always arrive earlier than planned.
