I've paid twice the customs and duty tax, firstly it was through EFT and i paid on the same day they sent me an email saying i should pay that was on the 4th of October 22 ever since that day they've been calling me saying i should pay whereas i did pay and even made things easier i uploaded the Proof of payment online but even today they called me saying I should pay customs. That's when i decided to pay using Debit /Credit card option because last week I couldn't because my card had a problem then, i even received their email saying I've paid tax immediately after paying using the credit card option and they said my parcel will despatch. So honestly i don't know why Buffalo has those banking details if they know they don't check money going in that account. I think they should just cancel the EFT transfer option and just put one option of which is working for them not us. So guys I highly suggest that you use the Debit /credit card option when paying your tax to avoid panicking about your parcel!!! I've been using Buffalo for a while now and I've experienced this problem now because i firstly paid using EFT and I'm never going to use it ever again because now I've wasted money.

Hey guys. I wanted to give out a few pointers to those having problems with buffalo. 1. Please track your package on the official buffalo website so you can see if there's a notification to pay customs. 2. Pay customs on the website using your debit/credit card instead of EFT. They receive it at instant and you won't have to struggling with sending proof of payment. 3. With my recent order the tracking was a bit slow. They only uploaded the core information on my tracking update. So sometimes it will be in one place for days. 4. Call the buffalo call centre whenever you experience problems or want clarity on your tracking update. Have enough airtime because you can wait approx 10 minutes or less before you're attended to. Lastly, just be patient.
