    My parcel has finished customs 5 days ago and i emailed Buffalo and all that i get is that my parcel is still at the airport..... Why is the service so slow and uncommunicative? Buffalo dont take their customers serious enough.

    Bathong!!My parcel has been in the airport warehouse for days now!!This is now getting ludicrous!!Parcel took only 3 days from China to South Africa only for it to take 7 days to be delivered?after paying tax PROMPTLY?What is this?

    Worst Delivery Service Ever!!!!!! International supposed to have a Top Notch service. Buffalo Is pathetic they take forever for delivery and there's no feedback when you try to contact them

    BUFALO IS THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE. ALL THE INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE COURIER SERVICES, PEOPLE WILL STOP ORDERING INTERNATIONAL JUST BECAUSE OF THE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BUFFALO.

    Best delivery service ever! I ordered on 2 Oct, paid customs on 5 Oct, then got my parcels on 12 Oct.
