      Guys if you receive order that you bought from shein go to the app to the me in option then survice after you press option delivery then where is my order it will take you to choose the courier go down for contact customer service there you can ask them where is ur order they will put pressure on the courier service to deliver your order you won't ever face problems when ever am giveen this courier i do that

      I'm disappointed that customer who placed orders in October have received their orders while I placed an order on the 26th to date I haven't received my order, what happened to first come first serve basis, first in/first out, you contact Buffalo no one is able to explain how customers who ordered later yet have received their orders? Cud it be people at the ware house Are they service are pushing forward their friends orders before our orders? Or what am I missing here?

      I placed on order in September. I paid tax on 01 Oct 22. Parcel was received at JHB Aiport Warehouse on 10 Oct 22. I called to enquire about it today and a very very rude consultant on the phone told me it will only be received next week. I could not understand why it was delayed for so long with no movement. Shockingly it only gets updated after my call. I urgently need my parcel by 15 Oct as I am leaving the country. I am very disappointed. First time I'm experiencing such a delay
