      I paid my custom fees over 1 week ago but I am still receiving calls and messages stating I did not pay it. I have sent messages to your whatsapp number and tried phoning but it doesn't go through!!! I need an urgent response on my order.

      I ordered on the 26th September, paid customs on the 1st October and Ii received my order yesterday which is a few days early than expected. I must say that although sometimes there was no movement with regards to my parcel, buffalo still delivered my parcel early.

      I place an order on the 1st of October and paid custom fee on the 5th of October yesterday they called and asked for my address and I gave them they said they will call me even today I'm still waiting for their call and when I track my status it says out on delivery

      Bestel op 28 September Betaal tax 4Oktober ontvang n bootskap 12 Oktober van die 7 Oktober pakkie het China af in gekom, moet tax betaal binne 2 dae, bel Buffalo, pakkie is glo uit vir aflewering miskien die week of volgende week, 15dae, vandag al 5dae na tax betaal is. Hoe swak, Bestel al heel jaar elke maand 12 dae op die langste, wat gaan nou aan ?

      Placed an order with SHEIN on the 1st of Oct 2022. I just received my parcel now 12:27 pm 12 Oct 2022. Thank you Buffalo

      I'm so happy with the delivery period. I placed an order on the 30th Sep, paid customs on the 04th Oct and recieved my order today, but the estimated time was between the 18th-20th Oct. Thanks fastway

      Also not happy with your service ...you are quick to send messages of tax payment in all platforms of communication and even make a phone call but when it comes to deliveries you suck....
