The driver signed and acknowledged the parcel on my behalf that I have received it , then he hand me the open package with missing item . I lodged the complain by telephone nobody seems to be bothered , I even send an email nobody is responding to me . It’s ok for us to spend money buying shopping online for their driver ti steal our product and nobody bothered to get investigate or refund us wow Buffallo doesn’t care about customers .
They delivered my parcel successfully on the second attempt. First attempt wasn't delivered as I was not available. Thank you

I don't like buffalo they take a long time to deliver and they lost some of my items.
i have never had a problem buffalos logistics. my parcels always come 1-3 days before the estimated date so i’m surprised with some of y’all’s comments because this is my 3rd parcel
On my first and second order they would update the steps on my orders so now am waiting for my third ,they dont update and they dont respond to emails anymore ...thats the worst part experience ...if i know where my order is i will make time for the possible days of arrival to be available...but nah they dont care!!!

I got my parcel today around 13h40, ordered on the 26th of September and payed customs on the 4th of October and my estimated delivery date was 12-14 October. I'm not mad at all. Thank you Bufallo for your amazing services.
