I usually pay customs using the credit card option and this time i used Bank Transfer, i have been updating the Proof of tax payment on the website but there's no movement on my parcel it has been in South Africa for 4 days and it never does that I'm afraid that i might not get it, they always call me to tell me i Should pay Customs of which I did, guys please help I've sent countless emails, if you ever faced a problem like mine please say so and did you get your parcel?

i'm so disappointed,i received the message at 5:30 this morning saying my parcel dispatched will be delivered in 48 hours.....okay at 14:26 i received another message the delivery attempted failure there was no address,contact and no one at home while i was sitting at home the whole waiting for them,i must follow local carrier it's confusing how did they find the area i stay if that even true my parcel is there.they did not specify or provide the contact,tell me what is that?
