My order was placed on 26 September. Arrived in ZA and in your warehouse 04 October. Spoke to an agent now and told me that it still needs to go through customs. He supplied me with a Ref number that I cannot even use as there is no info. Never had such poor service from Buffalo
Got my order around 12 today ,i ordered on the 28/09 customs paid 01/10 update everyday ,what a WOW service thank you

What horrible service, shein needs to change this logistic company because how are there so many complaints. My order has been in SA since September 30th and i still haven’t received my order. Just spoke to a consultant and was told I need to wait for fastway.

They deliver on time the problem is they do not call when they arrive at my workplace they just give whoever is at the gate
well i received an SMS from buffalo today stating my parcel has been dispatched and would be delivered within 48hours, but my parcel has already been delivered just now, im so happy and also wanna thank buffalo logistics, we just need to be patient. i ordered on the 27th sept and i got my things before the estimation time. great job
I am really getting frustrated, my order has been stuck in 1 place for more than a week now,no communication whatsoever....ive been trying to contact them but i am not going through. its really upsetting.
I've been waiting for my parcel since September and they are not answering any if my calls they've sent an email around 9am saying I'll receive the parcel today amd now it's already 14:30 and no parcel at all. Bad service
