      I have been waiting 28 days for my order,no update as to what is happening with the order.Very bad service from Buffalo,I wouldn't like to use their services ever again and definitely wouldn't recommend them.

      I've been waiting for 20 days for my package.. I've tried emailing and calling but with no assistance. They don't care after you have paid.

      After paying Buffalo logistics they no longer care I've been waiting for 20 days for my package but still nothing even today..no update no NOTHING...there's poor service delivery and I don't really recommend it ..they don't care after you have paid

      I spoke to my courier this morning and he was so nice! I love buffalo logistics...even though they take a while ...remember this stuff comes from far away

      I was supposed to receive my orders between the dates of 4 and 5 , I've been calling, texting and emailing but still no tangible feedback received . Highly disappointed on buffalo

      Well I have been calling and sending queries as they changed my address to a wrong address and when I want to ask why did they change it, they need to change it back they don't get back to me. Shitty
