      I’ve always been happy with the buffalo service - but not this time. I ordered in early September and paid customs too. However, it’s stated that my payment wasn’t processed. Although making contact and being told my parcel will be delivered, it’s October 7th and I’ve received no correspondence regarding the matter. There is no interest in trying to assist, and no updates either.

      I have received a sms that my parcel will be deliver in 48 hours.Phoned them since the 4 oktober.Al they say it will be deliver today but still havent arrived.I phone them now answer

      I also received a sms saying I’ll be getting my parcel within 48 hours then The next day I got another one saying there was an attempted failure…tried to contact them everywhere I don’t get no response

      My order has been stuck on warehouse since 18 September

      Two stars for delivering my order but you deserve 0 stars for stealing one of my items!!! AN ITEM IS MISSING !

      Received my order within 12 days. The communication with the company was great and they made the tracking so much easier. Absolutely happy with Buffalo, thank you very much for the stellar job.
