    I have been waiting for my delivery for for days now when I call they say I'll get it today or the day after but days keep going and nothing I am so disappointed

    I ORDERED ON THE 27TH SEPT, I PAID MY TAX ALREADY ON THE 1ST OF OCT AND NO UPDATE NOTHING CAN WE ATLEAST KNOW WHATS GOING

    I ordered my package last week Thursday. Yesterday it stated that it has arrived at south Africa customs. I haven't received any firm if communication from Buffalo regarding paying my customs or them receiving my package

    My order has been on transit for 6 days now and there's no updates or whatsoever from Shein or Buffalo's side what is going on ? I am definitely getting poor service now because I've been ordering from Shein and I've never had this type of service before.

    I ordered last week Tuesday and my order was shipped after 1 day by shein and I paid my customs on Suturday and they said tax paid but my order has been on transit for 7 days. I need my clothes by tomorrow and now I am starting to panic. Please update out tracking details
