    Always arrived within time-frame given. Excellent service. Only good so far. Seeing peoples problems, maybe it would be good if the company had a unique once off code or something for recieving the parcel so that peoples stuff doesn't get stolen from the delivery guy.

    Your service sucks. Your agents has a nonchalant attitude because our deliveries are not important to them. Managers always in a "meeting" when you call and never get a call ba k even when requested. Jeeeezzzz I wish I had the choice to choose my courier for Shein orders

    This Buffalo is kak i called million times and still i haven't receive my parcel not even a phone call since on the 9 September everything is just poor unprofessional kak.

    Since from last weekend I didn't receive my parcel buffalo I'm starting to get worryd because some of the staff m going to use them this weekend for my brother wedding celebration

    I had two packages with buffalo, the one I ordered second came first and the other one came 10 days later with a different courier service (Fastway). I am not sure why but I got both packages so thanks buffalo

    Still waiting on my order since 19 September very disappointed. You don't work on weekends but the Saturday 17Sep you phone me to pay tax but still no delivery and today is the 5th of October... It's very unprofessional and unacceptable.
