      My parcel was out on delivery last week 16th and even today was not received ...i texted through whatsapp with no response and i emailed you i got a response but then theres no progress no update.

      I am so disappointed.....they lost my parcel and decided not to tell me....was supposed to get my parcel last month...and they only telling me today that my parcel is lost...and I should communicate with the supplier about that.

      I am so much dissapointed with Buffalo...I paid tax even before my parcel was shipped to South Africa using "instant" EFT. They keep on sending me messages to pay. I sent proof of payment. I expected my parcel yesterday or today but still no change in my tracking system. Last update was on the 12th when warehouse received my parcel. Am no sure why Shein partnered with this company. Aramex is better.
