      Hi there I got a call yesterday from delivery guy he is trying deliver my parcel in Calitzdorp BUFZA4090053803YQ I am not in Calitzdorp that is over 6 hours away from me I am in St Helena Bay, my address was correctly displayed same as its always been in the past. My packages have literally NEVER been on time with Buffalo. I also got a message blaming me for not clearly displaying my address when in fact it is perfect on my order and the same one I always use

      BUFZA4080345513YQ My parcel last had activity on the 20th of last month. When i called they said they will call me back and they never did. Judging by the reviews, they lost our shipment and decided we don't deserve to know.

      I paid the so called tax and never got my customs .I am still waiting ,I don't know how many times I sent a proof of payment . I called them and I was told that my money got into a wrong account and they will get back to me within 3-4 days .they never even cared to give me feedback ,I emailed them again and never got any replay . Now I got an SMS saying my customs are to be sent back to China .I want my tax money back please .
