Shittest company I've ever dealt with. Been waiting for my packages for weeks now. There's no sort of communication from you. I've emailed you countless times and I'm beyond frustrated right now.
My package arrived before the estimated dates
Poor service, I paid on the 12th of this month, called them on the 16th and they told me that I didn't pay. I called Nedbank helpdesk and they told me that the money reflected on their account on the 14th of September. I called them again and told the lady then she told me to send proof of payment via WhatsApp and I did, she later said it's reflecting and they will send an email confirming that i paid... Now I'm receiving emails that my parcel is due for delivery and I have to pay tax before they release it, how because I already paid and they told me that it's reflecting
Poor service.since I paid there is no movement on my package it has been a week now.
They deserve 0 stars. It the worst and most inefficient company ever to exist. If ordering from shein means that I have to deal with them then I would rather not.

First time using and I'm impressed 10/10 the service was good. There was communication throughout I loved it.
