      So incompetent it is a month now waiting for my parcel worse I paid the tax via nedbank which is the account number u provided and u said I must send the proof which I did but I am still receiving messages saying I must still paid the tax I will never buy anything from shein it was my first and last very incompetent

      My oder was held and they where saying i did not pay ,i did and i followed their instruction online.it appered i paid,i sent statement as proof and they keep saying the need only the proof of payment as a notification.i ended up paying again since i need my parcel this weekend n it was since 13.August .I jst hope u deliver before end of the week. And i need my refund please .i keep calling u and i ma getting tired.what is so difficult to check the statement

      I am so disappointed. I've been waiting for you to deliver my parcel from Shein for two weeks now. You keep telling me you've dispatched it and it is ready to be delivered. I wait for it to come and then you say it has been returned as I was not reachable. I put in the right address and contact details but I'm still having the same issue. Worst logistics company

      I am still waiting for my parcel since June. You sent the parcel to the incorrect centre. In Witbank I live in Joburg Now I have to collect. In SPARTAN or pay an extra R 160.00 VERY BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCY
