I'm going to have a heart attack because of Shein and buffalo my money is gone just like that. Im really tired of the stories I get a different story each day
Buffalo is slow, they don't respond to call,WhatsApp even emails...
I am sooooo angry right now, Buffalo doesn't respect customers, very poor services. They don't answer calls, whatsapp and emails. I am still waiting for my order that I placed on the 3rd August, the estimated time was 21-23 Aug. And yet there is no delivery. The last update was on the 11th August. I am so angry.
I will never order from seeing again service is bad they emailed me asking for documents I sent they can't even acknowledge that they received the documents or not for 2 weeks am not sure what's going on with my parcel. Estimated delivery past no update no one bothers to communicate
I've been calling, sending emails and whatsapps for 2 weeks now. They want proof of payment for a payment I did on their website. I phoned my bank and the only proof of payment I can give them is a bank statement. I have sent this to them more than 10 times over the past two weeks and they still will not allocate my payment and send me my package. WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY EVER!
