    Yazi guys not all the time Buffalo fucks up. My second order was detained for a month. My 3rd and 4th I had no problems. To date I'm waiting on my firth order - according to the tracking information, the order arrived izolo and was cleared same day.

    They deserve no stars!!!! Will never order from shein again because of buffalo....lost parcel but all kind of excuses!!!!

    I hate Buffalo they lost my Shein parcel and didn't tell me, I had to phone everyday and ask where it is everyday they have a new story

    They lost my parcel and when I phone they said it's out on delivery you must call everyday 5 times a day. Consultants are so rude and dumb

    They don't answer, cut you off when you ask about your package. They lost my parcel and lied about it. Pathetic I hate them

    Worst courier service, Shein stop using Buffalo logistics! They don't give you updates, they lost my package every time you call they lie

    Pathetic service. Lost my parcel on 4 August and only notified 1 month later. Rude consultants, incompetent and I will never shop with Shein again based on my experience with Buffalo Logistics
