Hi there I've been ordering from Shein from last year I love your website however I will stop using you due to Buffalo Logistics Poor service and rude customer service consultants. Managers never available and they don't keep to their promises and give the wrong information to customers. I hope that you see this matter as a urgency to fix rather than a complaint.
Terrible service. None of the call centre agents seem to care about the delays. Parcel is at their warehouse for 2 weeks and not moving out.
I have been waiting for a parcel since 28 July, contact centre says they don't know when I be getting my parcel. The agent was nonchalant and rude. When must get another courier because these ones are the worst.

I ordered items in June and I still have not received them because buffalo courier has poor customer service, they are refusing to deliver at a new address I have given them, and their people have shitty attitude and are so rude. I’m so upset at this point
I ordered since the 31st of July and till today haven't received my parcel and when I call they don't give me accurate update on my parcel and they also sent it out to paxi and paxi hasn't received the parcel.
Shockingly bad service. My parcel has been detained for a month already and buffalo are not assisting. I get given the same response EVERY SINGLE DAY when I call. Ayanda, Zinhle, Judy, Difference, Nontheto. I'm appalled. I will not be using Shein again, purely because of Buffalo.
