      Hi there I've been ordering from Shein from last year I love your website however I will stop using you due to Buffalo Logistics Poor service and rude customer service consultants. Managers never available and they don't keep to their promises and give the wrong information to customers. They actually declined my calls because they messed up and couldn't find a solution. Not the first time. Such a pain dealing with them. I see there's alot of bad reviews on Google ads and suggest you look into this because you will end up losing business because of the logistic company. I hope that you see this matter as a urgency to fix rather than a complaint. Thanks Jeanté

      Buffalo the delivery company ,the driver sent me a message saying his coming with my parcel but he never came I called him then he said he will deliver it tomorrow morning, I called him again in the morning then he said he gave my parcel to another guy because he's not working on my area, only to find out that my parcel has been returned to the warehouse coz the client reschedule ,I'm very disappointed how can I reschedule while I have been waiting for my parcel the whole day at home ,now it has been sent to another courier Fastways hopefully they won't dissapoint me on Monday.

      Am not happy at all courier guy suppose do deliver my pacel yesterday and a missed his call around 11 he didnt come,cz i didnot pick my phone then i saw it around 1 bt he did not come back again today a called him twice say he will deliver it today bt later on saw tracking msg say client signed pacel bt i didnt receive any pacel last time my order was deliverd nice no issue by amarex

      Extremely disgusted with this courier company! Today is the last day of the estimated delivery date and I still don’t have my parcel. They claimed they would deliver the past week (which they didn’t) and my parcel has been on and off board the “courier vehicle” for the whole week!! My first time ordering from Shein and Buffalo has just ruined the experience. USELESS!
