      Poor service ever last time I ordered my order was delivered by aramex I didnt experience this stress Im going through because of Buffalo . got an email saying my order has been detained so I must send my documents so they can realise it but still no movement or email to tell me whats happening. Im not happy at all dont think I will order anything from shein again

      I received my order today a week before the estimated delivery date. I am happy with the service once again. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well as patient. Thank you buffalo.❤️

      The parcel actually arrived sooner than expected it was supposed to arrive in 10 days. My kids and I are so happy about the clothes

      After my parcel was stuck in customs from the 16th of July until the 3rd of August, I am pleased to say that I collected my parcel from Paxi on the 15th... To be honest, I am pretty scared to order online again.

      I have paid tax and even send they the proof of payment they asked for but still even now they did not process my payment am very disappointed

      What a poor service from this Buffalo, no i feel like they are crooks and know exactly what they up-to with this delays and going around circles. My parcel was received in Durban Buffalo branch on the 3rd of August. Whats really frustrating i had 2 parcels ordered in different intervals, but when i was tracking seemingly they received them same date, but received one. I have called this people 4 times already and No help. Fourth “consultant whatever their position are” tells me my parcels is not in there. Now that is a suprized because last three told me its shows it was received but don’t know why it was not delivered. Clearly this Buffalo is up to something,

      I'm not happy about the way your driver treated me, He called me yesterday 16 August asking for direction but he never came, He called me again today but still waiting even now 19h20.
