      My parcel BUFZA4070270131YQ has been on "buffalo Airport warehouse" since 7/8/2022. No update since then, I've even received an order that I placed after this one. What's going on, where's my parcel

      I've placed a shein order on the 31 June 2022 and according to the tracking of the parcel, Buffalo received it on the 12 July 2022, it has been over a month and still no package has been delivered and when I do call I to find out why, it is said that they have not yet received the package. This is not professional at all.

      Buffalo your service is not pleasant this time... everything moves slowly no updates on parcel BUFZA4080133306YQ please guys, this is my 3rd other on Shein and you've been doing the most on the past two parcels please don't disappoint me on this one

      I am so fed up with Buffalo courier!! How long do I still have to wait for my parcel I hope shein changes their courier companies.

      I've been waiting for my order, which I was supposed to receive last week, and when I called your call center, I was told I should receive my order by Monday, it's Tuesday and no communication from Buffalo. This is very bad customer service. No man guyz this not how you run a business.

      Shein is not a problem, Buffalo is a problem delaying our parcels with their rude drivers who stay with our parcels.... Buffalo may we receive via Pep Paxi I did once ND I was happy.

      Why on earth is Shein using this nightmare of a courier company?! It’s been a week since they sent me a message to say I will receive delivery within 48hours. Till today, I still don’t have my parcel. They lie about having attempted delivery when in-fact, they did not even try to contact me or come to my delivery address. I contacted them on WhatsApp and my message was not responded to! Buffalo is obviously incompetent! They make ordering from Shein a NIGHTMARE!!
