    NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW!!! parcel was on its way to me and next minute it gets send back to johannesburg.....when phoning call centre, they cant even tell me why. just said its coming back to us dont know why. This is very unprofessional!!!! Its my parcel and payments made.....its a little girls birthday presant being couried up and down with no reason!!!! maybe last time ordering ever unless shein changes courier company

    I Paid my taxes on the 8th August and I'm still receiving emails and sms to pay the same tax...I send them several emails with proof of payment and they ain't confirming it but they always have time to send me stupid emails while they can't reply to mine..I ended up paying tax again today ...Artie Ndabeni check your fucken emails and figure out when you'll refund my money coz I want my money back..nxa

    BUFZA4070321429YQ I am now sincerely confused and frustrated, I have received an email saying the client has received the package and YET I am still waiting for my parcel. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL!!!!! PLEASE ASSIST ASAP I AM NOW WORRIED.
