      Today Buffalo extremely disappointed me. It has returned my order for unknown reasons. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and now shein says order returned

      I'm so dissapointed I've order 07 july until now I haven't recieved my parcel when I check status says transit to the thirdparty express since 22 july

      The ladies are very helpful and polite. I have been calling them daily more than once, tracking my parcel. As for answering the calls, I would give them 10/10, never a long wait. Just hoping that it arrives by tomorrow. Well done buffalo, I will definitely use them again.

      I've never been dissappointed. I've always received my parcels, regardless of delays (not more than a day or two) and not getting through on the phone lines. Well done Buffalo Logistics!!!

      The payment are very high for delivery. Very disappointing! But they are very good with their delivery.

      These people never bother to respond to my queries. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but later on, it was returned to the warehouse.

      Was on hold for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me, after I tell her my query she drops the phone. I want to know why my parcel is still in warehouse since last week. I need the parcel before Thursday this week! I sent emails since last week and no response. Very disappointed and irritated! 0 rating!
