Dis-satisfied in my product. According to the picture from where I ordered and paid for :-( this product is absolutely not the same, very poor quality, very very small, cannot be worn at all. Was on hold for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me, after I tell her my query she drops the phone. I want to know why my parcel is still in warehouse since last week. I need the parcel before Thursday this week! I sent emails since last week and no response. Very disappointed and irritated!

Parcel was with Buffalo for over a week before any movement made, no responses to WA messages. Eventually delivered but after the expected delivery date. No feedback for delays. 3rd time Buffalo has provided very slow and delayed service with no feedback.
