      I havent received my package and it shows that my package has been in one place for the past 5-6 days and when i called they said i must wait another 7-9 working days, what bullshit is that. These supplieers must stop using Buffalo cause their service is so poor. Aramex they deliver so fast you dont even have to call them.

      Apparently my order is nowhere to be found when i went to their warehouse its not there but when i called they said its there yet nothing when i call now they drop calls on me it was supposed to be delivered on the 7th of July poor service Baffalo

      Buffalo is absolutely shit will never ever use this courrier again nore will I recommend it to anyone.

      I have received my package a week early than expected, I made my order on the 15th of July and just received it today, on top of that I have been getting updates daily . Thank you buffalo for your amazing service.

      I also paid my customs last wk 20, after placing an order nd paid in May. Sad news is that I'm not able to track my parcel, it is draining for really, very disappointed

      I got my parcel today and the estimated date it's nextweek.... Ever since I started buying on Shein I never experienced delays.

      A week Has passed after I paid my customs and I still haven't received my parcel. No respond too the emails and Whatsapps I send. It's been stuck at buffalo from the 15 of July.

      I paid my customs immediately after receiving the message and following day my order was cleared.Now it has been on dispatch to third party express for some days and no further update,l send emails and whatsapp msgs and there is no response,its really frustrating at least give an update

      I got my parcel today and the estimated delivery was nextweek...on the system it still says my parcel was "dispatched to the third party".I think the problem is their system.
