    I paid my customs fee on Monday and on the 26th it said it is dispatched but still have not received anything and no one is communicating. I'm really disappointed with Buffalo coz the first two times I got my parcels on time now I don't know what's happening.

    No traking update since 19th of july ...should l be worried? Thats how my package got lost the last time had to go to the warehouse only to be told that the package got lost

    I paid customs immediately after receiving sms, My parcels were cleared on the 19th of July, until today they are still at the Buffalo airport warehouse, very disappointing, Why do I have to wait so long for you to deliver?

    Yoh I got my order yesterday. Estimated date was between yesterday and 28. I won't lie it was frustrating because they take time to update. I'm never letting myself go through this process again. Wasn't bad but it was emotionally draining. Thank you Buffalo for delivering my package. I really hope everyone get sorted out

    Had numerous orders delivered on my door step. Suddenly they can't locate my address or phone numbers this is odd really. Not impressed at all
