      Meant to receive my parcel on 20/07/22 and yet there's no order that has arrived. The customer service is extremely poor, both customer service agents I spoke to at Buffalo couldn't be bothered by my query, they just kept telling me its delayed and that there's nothing they can do. No empathy whatsoever

      I've never had a problem with Buffalo before, all the times I've ordered they did me good but this time around is really the worst thing that could happen to any customer! There's not even one person who can communicate with you, their contact details are just placed there for display!

      There is something sneaky about the first week of July's orders, my order is detained in customs for full 6 days now each time I inquire about it im told to upload documents which I already did or I get an automated email but the order I placed last week arrived in SA and clearance is done. This Buffalo company did something to our parcels

      I don’t want to lie I was stressing after reading the reviews. But I’ve had a good experience. My package was 2 weeks early and everything went smoothly. Driver called to confirm delivery and came soon after with my package. Buffalo actually made my first SHEIN experience very pleasant. Thank you.

      Most of the parcel that were ordered during the first week of July were lost that’s why they are requesting those documents in the name of customs clearance! They are now acting like they are doing us favor
