      Once again fantastic service from Buffalo. Received my order from Shein well before the expected date. Have not had any issues with my deliveries.

      The delivery guy called at about 16:10 and he stops delivery at 16:30 told me that my address was incomplete, and I can see from the app that my address is complete. Do he told me that how about he says delivered and I should confirm too and he would being it the next day. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY. Yoh he obviously wanted to steal my package. And when I said no thanks, he went back with it, and the reason put was that I was not home and my phone number doesn't work. But he called saying my address is incomplete

      How long does it take for customs to release detained parcels? What I do not understand is who is monitoring their system because we upload all required documentation but when you call they are still waiting for required documents.

      My parcel came before time , i was expecting it next week , happy customer , but not so happy about paying customs because i dont pay a cent with Aramex

      I can't even check where the driver is with my parcel, no update on my parcel nothing !! You pay a lot of money for delivery then you get service like this !!!! Not fair.

      Poor poor service , been waiting for my parcel since Monday, cause it is out on delivery, my driver phones me since monday to tell me he is twenty minutes away and then I sit and wait for him to show up every day and he never does , poor poor service not happy at all. When I phone the driver back he puts the phone down in my ear. Not a good experience

      I think those who ordered in the first week of July 2022, our parcels have been detained by customs... Seems like I'm not the only one... No update on the tracker

      My package has been held in customs for 5 days now, I wonder when will it be delivered because the date is next week heeh buffalo!!!
