    I am still waiting for my order! I ordered it on the 1st of July estimated delivery is supposed to be tomorrow but the tracking has not been updated and there has been no further communications as to what is going on. POOR POOR SERVICE!!

    Why are you not updating our tracking stauses ? since on 8 july no update and today is the estimated delivery date, there is no update or whatsoever

    Service was great, until my parcel has been apparently detained, and I’ve payed everything I needed to, and given the necessary documents they asked for and were successfully submitted but still no update, just says that it is “clearing” been about 5 days now and no update has occurred.

    With my first order I received it fast, no delays or anything. Now it's my second time. Now I'm experiencing different service it's been 4days now whenever I track my order it's still stuck on "finished clearance"

    if i could give minus 0 stars i would !!!! Worst service ever , does no update tracking lines and they kewp delaying ywt we pay so much for customs , rather refund us !!!!!!

    My parcel has been detained in clearance for days now! I paid for customs I do not understand what the delay is! I've never been so frustrated!
