    Mine shows "delivered" but i haven't received it, i went to the Post office where it was supposed to be delivered at but there is no parcel there. Buffalo services are so poor. I don't even know whether my parcel is lost or still on the way

    Worst experience I have ever had. I paid my tax . I ordered it for my birthday. Well it is almost my birthday again! I sended then an email. And received an email back And they threatened me

    The poorest service ever!!!the agents are always lying and changing stories when you call to track your parcel!!emotionally draining!!!!u might as well just keep my parcel to yourselves

    Please update your tracking system as it only get to a point and then just stop there. I also work in an courier industry and know exactly how to track a parcel.Please can I have an update here
