      I'm so happy with the service I received from Buffalo, been tracking my package ever since it landed in S.A and I've seen it move till it arrived at my doorstep. It came a week early, I'm very satisfied. Will definetly place an order at Shein soon, it was my first time placing an order there and I received my package in good care. I was a bit skeptical about the company based on some of the reviews but I'm glad I took the risk, really worth it. I would advise people to pay their customs as soon as they receive that email/sms so that their order arrives at time and it doesn't get lost.

      Worst service ever, my parcel is stuck at the airport. I've been calling them to ask when am I receiving it and seems like nobody knows. Shein should honestly reconsider working with buffalo

      Terrible experience and this for the third time. Nothing was delivered on the days they said it would be delivered. My second parcel was received 2 months after my order was paid. Horrible, horrible!!!!!!!!

      I HAVE PAID FOR COURIER FEES 15TH JUNE, TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED, NO UPDATES ON THE SHEIN SITE ALSO, I HAVE CNTACTED SHEIN AND THEY ARE WILLING TO REFUND MY MONEY, BUT I WANT THE MONEY PAID TO BUFFALO ALSO ADNWAS TOLD TO SORT IT OUR WITH THEM, HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE WHEN YOU CANNOT FOLLOW UP ON YOUR PARCEL SENT. I HAD PROBLWMS WITH MY PREVIOUS ORDER BUT THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A GLITCH, BUT NOW I KNOW THIS IS ALL MESSED UP AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN AGAIN BECUASE THEY HAVE SOURCED BUFFALO TO DO FDELIVERIES AND SHOULD ULTIMATELY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. PS THIS IS MY 6TH ORDER.

      The service you receive is horrifying they do not call you just keep on returning your package to the Warehouse saying wrong pin drop. And if you ask to speak to a manager they say the manager is either busy or not available. Worst courier service ever. For all i care they can return the package to china so i can get my refund:(

      i am nervous about ordering again by looking at all the reviews but honestly they are amazing!!! i got my package when they said i will...I had no problem what so ever! thanks buffalo <3

      Do not order from Shein. As much as their clothes are affordable and stylish they do not hold themselves accountable for your order being late. They don't even check to see why their customers haven't received their orders after 3 months. Just the worst. The courier company is even worse. Fuck you Buffalo.

      Their service is either good or terrible...no in between. My last delivery was a night mare, had to go to the warehouse and fetch my stuff
