      This company is either amazing or the worst courier company you will ever use. Their drivers are sooo useless dont call you nothing and say delivery attempt failed and their call centre dont even know where their drivers are . i called 10 times to get an answer and still dont have my pacage

      Fk this company, it’s either u have the best experience or u get mild PTSD, honestly what a horrible experience with Shein as well, I could literally go all day about how the service is BS 0/10 I hope they stop and go bankrupt

      Fantastic service from Buffalo Logistics. Received my order from Shein in 7 working days. I have never had any issues with the delivery of my orders.

      I really don't understand why buffalo drivers don't call the clients before they deliver just to confirm or let the person know that your delivery is on the way Worse part their whatsapp number you will never get any respond they forever Blu tick clients so I honestly don't understand what kind of delivery or customer service they offer to shein clients cause sure everyone will end up not wanting anything from shein cause of their poor service.

      My parcel has returned to buffalo warehouse pretoria DC without calling me nor coming to my place, I tried to call them and whatsapping them no response they just blue tick, no response from their email, they cut the call while waiting. Done with shein after receiving my parcel I'm deleting the app.. I have lot of problems to deal with and buffalo is not good for my health
